About BrewsterNorth

Why the site?

  1. Everyone and their cats seem to be blogging at the moment, so Brewster decided to join in.
  2. Besides, Brewster is trying to write, and this is a good place to start writing and publishing stuff, both fanfiction (mainly the Doctor Who fandom, but there may be others as time goes on) and original work.

Why the name?

  1. It originally belonged to a station on the New York MTA Metro-North commuter rail system. The station is now called Southeast. Brewster decided to appropriate the name.
  2. The station marks the end of the electric-powered line, and is therefore a sort of frontier. Brewster likes the notion of going beyond frontiers.
  3. It's also a pun on the fact that Brewster likes tea.

Tea?
Indeed. Brewster is very fond of that brown liquid they have on Earth. It seems to be good for the creative process.
